Terms

Payment

All livestock should be paid for in full prior to shipping or on collection.  Payment must be in the form of cash or cheque. I also now accept PayPal.  To reserve an animal prior to collection a 30% deposit is required, this should be either sent to me as a cheque or by direct bank transfer.

Please note, deposits are only refundable if I cannot meet your required order.

Collection

Livestock must be collected in person, I do not provide delivery however alternant pick up /delivery services can be arranged by you if required. Example: Reptile Taxi

Guarantee

All livestock sold will be fit and healthy, sexed, mite free and have consumed at least 6 voluntary defrost feeds.  Additional feeding records and care sheets can be provided if required.

Livestock is guaranteed for a period of 24 hrs after purchase,  after which time I will assume you are happy with your new snake. If  your not satisfied with your animal, please contact me within the 24hrs and I will replace your animal or refund your money.
